Christmas spirt was widespread at Sibbalds on Friday as colleagues adorned their favourite Christmas Jumpers in support of ITV’s Text Santa. The aim was to help raise money for MacMillan, Make a Wish and Save the Children.
All the staff joined together over lunch to test their general knowledge with the Text Santa quiz as three teams went head to head to prove themselves to be the smartest of a small bunch. The competition was close with a tie breaker question needed to declare the overall winners – “Christmas Island, in the Indian Ocean, is a territory of which country?” The answer is Australia! Would you have known the answer?
With the main theme of the day being “wear your Christmas jumper”, of course there had to be a prize for the best jumper of the day. The votes were in and the winner was announced as Ian Smith for his Santa rendition.
A huge thank you to all the staff for joining in to help raise over £180 towards three great causes.
