We’re really pleased to welcome Joanne Gregory back as our Audit Manager. Joanne, who is now a Chartered Certified Accountant, originally joined Sibbalds as a trainee accountant and left to gain a wider variety of audit-related experience and work with different firms of varying sizes and across many sectors and industries.
On Friday 10th November 2017 at Symphony Hall in Birmingham, Adam Armiger received his certificate for successfully completing the Foundation Degree in Payroll Management.
This course was run at the Heart of Worcestershire College in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP). This qualification means that Adam is recognised as having the ability, skills and knowledge required to be a respected payroll professional.
8 of the Sibbalds team donned their freshly printed new football kits and dusted off their boots, to help raise money for the British Heart Foundation by taking part in a charity 5-a- side tournament at Soccerdome in Derby.

We went to The Wonky Table, on Saddler Gate, where we spent an hour discussing the performance over the past 12 months (we’re delighted to have grown by almost 20% in that period!)
On Wednesday 29th March, we closed the office for one of our regular team away days at The Enterprise Centre. The objective of these is to get the team together to focus on “working ON the business, and not IN it” as is the case for many of us.

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of David Morrell as a Senior Accountant at Sibbalds. David’s role at Sibbalds is to assist in the accounts and audit departmen having gathered a wealth of experience over the years providing advice to businesses of all types and sizes ranging from large groups to sole traders.
Despite it being one of the hottest months of the year, staff at Sibbalds wore their favourite onesies and pyjamas to work on Friday 12 August to raise money for the British Thyroid Foundation, a charity which provides support and advice to individuals and their families who are dealing with thyroid conditions as well as continual research into medications and treatment.
