I joined Sibbalds in January 2015. Having started training in payroll in 2006 I have gained a great amount of knowledge in payroll services and legislation, enabling me to create a service tailored to client’s needs. I enjoy helping clients to develop payroll services. The aim of which is to create easier processing methods to reduce time spent on payroll so they can focus on other areas of their business.
Qualifications and Experience
I started my career as a Trainee Payroll Administrator in 2005 at a large payroll bureau. Over 2 years I learnt a vast amount about processing payroll and legislation and progressed very quickly. In 2007 I moved to Derby to work for another payroll bureau dealing more directly with clients and learning the full scope of services provided. In 2015 I moved to Sibbalds to help develop the payroll department with my accrued knowledge and to change payroll systems to Sage Payroll, in which I have over a decade of experience using. In 2017 I attained my degree in Payroll Management from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), which I am now also a registered member of.
What I enjoy about the role
