Rob gained GCE AS in English Language and A2s in Maths, Further Maths and Physics at Bilborough College in 2006.  He then followed a joint Honours degree course in Maths and Physics at Loughborough University. 

After successfully completing his first year, Rob decided on a career change and joined Sibbalds as a trainee accountant in 2007, studying towards the AAT qualification which he completed in 2010.  Rob is part of the audit and accounts team and also looks after much of the company secretarial work for limited companies.

Rob has also worked part time at a local pub/restaurant since the age of 16 and continues to do so mainly to keep the owners happy, as he still wants to be able to drink there!

Outside of work Rob has a passion for football and has played for many years, during which he has had spells for both Derby County and Leicester City Academies.  He still continues to play regularly for a local team at the weekend and five a side on weeknights.
