Julie joined Sibbalds in 1986 at the age of 16.  She then completed a two year BTEC in Business studies and following this, the final year of the AAT qualification. 

During her 24 years at Sibbalds, Julie has gained a wide range of experience covering audits, accounts preparation, book-keeping and VAT return preparation.  With the birth of her first child in 1998, Julie then started working for Sibbalds from home on a part time basis.  She now splits her time working at the office and at home, helping clients with book-keeping, accounts preparation and VAT Returns.

Outside of work Julie likes spending time with her husband, Drew and her daughters, Emily and Sophie, aged 11 and 8.  Her daughters’ social activities keep her very busy!  She is a member of two school PTAs, and is treasurer of one.  She enjoys walking, reading and trying to beat her daughters on the Wii Fit board!
